The main functions of the Masters are to define the chat settings and ensure it functioning and for perform these functions each of them has a separate account setting his power in performing these functions.
For Masters is rightly all that is said in the section for Users, and since Masters not so match the persons but more is the "positions" all their own information such as settings, buddy lists and profile data is stored as for the Guests in the form of cookies as it is said in the section for Users. And also as stated in this section, their personal avatar images are stored only during the time of the Masters are locate in the chat, however, Masters can create permanent avatar images inherent in their accounts.
Despite the full applicability to the Masters of all the features of the Users, Masters also have great differences from all other categories what related to the need to perform by him their above functions and exactly these differences will be considered in this section.

Main menu bar and popup menu
The main menu bar for Masters can only have a single difference from the main menu bar described for Users, that is related to the fact that Masters can be not only senders but also recipients of offline messages - the "View Offline Messages" item which opens the view offline messages window, but this item is displayed on the main menu bar for Masters only if in the group Offline Messages on the "Lists" tab of the user settings window the checkbox "In Menu Bar" is checked:
But the main popup menu for Masters on purpose to ensure them opportunity of perform their functions has quite a lot of differences from the popup menu described for Users:
1.  "View Offline Messages" item. Opens the view offline messages window.
This item is displayed only if for the Offline Messages on the "Lists" tab of the user settings window not selected the option "In Menu Bar".
A.  Offline messages.
B.  Checkboxes for marking offline messages. These checkboxes are displayed only if by the chat administration is set the mode without autocleaning of the readed offline messages.
C.  Radiobuttons "Remove on Exit". If "All" radiobutton is selected, then when this window will be closed all offline messages for this user will be deleted from the server. If "Checked" radiobutton is selected, then when this window will be closed from the server will be deleted only marked offline messages. If "None" radiobutton is selected, then when this window will be closed no offline messages will be deleted from the server.
These radiobuttons are displayed only if by the chat administration is set the mode without autocleaning of the readed offline messages. Otherwise, i.e. if by the chat administration is set the mode of autocleaning of the readed offline messages, then when this window will be closed all offline messages for this user always will be deleting from the server.
D.  Checkbox "Show Only Unreaded". If this checkbox is checked, only unreaded offline messages will be displayed in this window.
2.  "Set Site Options..." item. Opens the site options window to specify the chat settings.
3.  "Send Chat Broadcast..." item. Opens the chat broadcast window:
A.  Chat room choice. If "ALL ROOMS" item is selected then the broadcast message will be received the chat participants in all chat rooms. Otherwise - only in the selected room.
B.  Checkboxes of categories of chat participants. Possible send the broadcast message, receivers of which will be only the specific categories of chat participants - Guests, Members and/or Masters.
C.  Text of broadcast message.
D.  Formatting buttons. The buttons control the format of broadcast message. These buttons by its capabilities and functionally fully coincide with the formatting buttons of the chat main window.
These buttons are displayed only if the "As chat message" checkbox is checked.
E.  Checkbox "As chat message". If this checkbox is checked then the broadcast message will be sent to its recipients as a chat message, i.e. it will be displayed in the chat message area of the main chat window. Otherwise it will be outputted as a separate message box.
4.  "Files Management" item. Opens the files management window:
A.  Folders radiobuttons. Selects a directory on the server for which will be performed all further operations.
B.  The list of files in the selected directory on the server.
C.  "Upload" button. Uploads the user file to the selected directory on the server. For this purpose, this button opens a special browser window whose appearance depends on the browser used by the user and can be for example be as follows:
D.  "New Folder" button. Creates a new subdirectory in the selected directory on the server, opening for this purpose a window for specifying the name of the subdirectory being created:
E.  "Rename" button. Renames a file or subdirectory selected in the files list, opening for this purpose a window for specifying a new name of file or subdirectory:
F.  "Delete" button. Deletes from the server the file or subdirectory selected in the files list.
5.  "View Server Logs" item. Opens the view chat server logs window:
A.  "Calendar" button. Specifies the date, for which is need to view the chat server logs, opening for this purpose the calendar window:
B.  Choice "Date". Specifies the date, for which is need to view the chat server logs, relative to the current date.
C.  Choice "Type". Specifies the type of action of performed in the chat about which is need to view the chat server logs. If an empty item is selected, then the server logs about all actions in the chat will be view.
D.  Choice "Account". Specifies the name of the account through which is entered to the chat the user, about whose actions are performed in the chat are need to view the server logs. If an empty item is selected, then the server logs about all accounts will be view.
E.  "Filter" text field. Specifies some sequence of characters what will be searched in the logs of the chat server. Only those chat server logs will be displayed in which the searched sequence of characters is present.
F.  Checkbox "Case sensitive". If this checkbox is checked, then the above search in the logs of the chat server of a sequence of characters will be performed with taking into account the case of letters.
G.  The area to display of the chat server logs.
H.  "View Log" button. Sends a request to the server to receive its logs specified above.
6.  "Change Login & Password" item. Opens the change login & password window:
A.  "Current Password" text field. This field requires entering the current user password and serves to addition control whether he has the power to change the following information.
B.  "New Login" text field. New unique member name in the chat.
C&D.  "New Password" and "Confirm" text fields. New member password for entry into the chat.
7.  "Restart Site..." item. Performs a restart of this chat (site).
8.  "Settings" item. Opens the user settings window.
 
 
Tabs area
The composition of the tabs of the tabs area for the Masters is completely equivalent to the tabs of the tabs area described in the section for Users and the structure of all these tabs of Masters also completely coincides with their structure described in the section for Users, except that the "Users" tab for the Masters have some additional elements related with ensuring that the Masters perform their functions:
1.  Reported users radiobuttons. These radiobuttons control the display of information about received complaints on users.
If the option "Hide" is selected, then information about complaints on users is not displayed.
If the "Show" option is selected, then information about complaints on user is displayed in the users list over of the users icons.
If the option "Reported only" is selected, then in users list are displayed only reported users i.e. such users on which there are complaints.
2.  Displaying information about complaints on user. The number in the circle indicates the amount of given complaints on this user.
3.  User settings button. Opens settings of user window.
Note: All changes in user settings made through this window are applied only to the current chat participant, i.e. if the user after such a change in his settings leaves the chat, then all these settings will be lost.
A.  "Change Profile" button. Opens the user profile window:
All elements of this window by their capabilities and functionally fully coincide with the corresponding elements of the "Profile" tab of the user settings window described in the section for Users.
B.  "Notice" text area. Serves for entering the text of the warning message to the user.
C.  "Warning" button. Sends a warning message to the user. A warning message is outputted to the user as a separate message box.
D.  The "Account" string. Displays the name of the account through which the user entered the chat.
E.  "Permissions" button. Opens the user permissions window:
α.  List of permissions.
β.  "Clear All" button. Clears the markers for all permissions.
γ.  "Select All" button. Sets the markers for all permissions.
F.  The "Country" string. Displays the name of the country from which the user, according to his IP-address, entered the chat.
G.  "Ban User" button. Opens the ban user window:
α.  Radiobutton "Ban this user's IP". If this option is selected, then the IP-address from which the selected user entered the chat will be banned.
β.  Radiobutton "Ban this user's host". If this option is selected, then that host through which the selected user entered the chat will be banned.
γ.  Radiobutton "Ban this user's country". If this option is selected, then the country from which the selected user entered the chat will be banned.
δ.  "Ban time" text field. Specifies in the units, indicated by the choice, the time during which ban will be operate. If this field is left blank then the ban will be termless.
ε.  A text area for describing the cause of the kick if it is done along with the ban. This text will be outputted to the user at the kick as a separate message box.
ζ.  Radiobutton "None kick of users". If this option is selected, then will be made only the ban and no user will be kicked.
η.  Radiobutton "Kick of this user". If this option is selected, then selected user will also be kicked along with the ban.
θ.  Radiobutton "Kick of all suitable users". If this option is selected, then all users whose entered the chat on the way appropriate to the ban will also be kicked along with the ban.
H.  The "IP Address" string. Displays the IP address from which the user entered the chat.
I.  "View All On IP" button. Opens the list of users with IP-addresses that are equals to IP-address of the selected user:
α.  List of users with the requested IP-address.
β.  "Profile" button. This button by its capabilities and functionally fully coincides with the Profile button on the "Users" tab of the tabs area described in the section for Users.
γ.  "Ban IP" button. If any user is selected in the users list, this button will open the ban user window for this user. Otherwise, this button will open the ban IP window:
Text field "Ban time" specifies the term of the ban. This text field by its capabilities and functionally fully coincides with the text field "Ban time" of the user ban window.
Checkbox "Kick all users with IP", which if it is checked, indicates that in addition to the ban of the required IP, it is necessary to kick all users having this IP, at that the above text area describes the reason for this kick and by its capabilities and functionally fully coincides with the text area of the user ban window.
δ.  "Kick IP" button. If any user is selected in the user list, then this button will open the kick user window. Otherwise, this button will open the kick all on IP window.
J.  The "Host Name" string. Displays the name of host through which the user entered the chat.
K.  "Kick All On IP" button. Opens the kick all on IP window:
α.  A text area for describing the cause of the kick. At the kick this text will be outputted to the users as a separate message box.
β.  Checkbox "Ban this user's IP". If this checkbox is checked, then along with the kick of all users having the requested IP-address, this IP-address will also be banned.
γ.  Text field "Ban time". If along with the kick also requesting a ban too, then this field specifies in the units, indicated by the choice, the time during which ban will be operate. If this field is left blank then the ban will be termless.
L.  The "Online Time" string. Displays the time during which the user is already in the chat.
M.  "Kick User" button. Opens the kick user window:
α.  A text area for describing the cause of the kick. At the kick this text will be outputted to the user as a separate message box.
β.  Radiobutton "None ban". If this option is selected, only the kick of the selected user will be made and no ban associated with it will be set.
γ.  Radiobutton "Ban this user's IP". If this option is selected, then along with the kick of the selected user the IP-address from which he entered the chat will be banned too.
δ.  Radiobutton "Ban this user's host". If this option is selected, then along with the kick of the selected user that host through which he entered the chat will be banned too.
ε.  Radiobutton "Ban this user's country". If this option is selected, then along with the kick of the selected user the country from which he entered the chat will be banned too.
ζ.  Text field "Ban time". If along with the kick also requesting a ban too, then this field specifies in the units, indicated by the choice, the time during which ban will be operate. If this field is left blank then the ban will be termless.
N.  Checkbox "Time tracing". If this checkbox is checked then for this Master in its chat messages area all messages associated with the selected user will be supplied with a trace of the time spent in the chat by this user:
O.  "Ping" button. At press to this button for this Master in his chat message area will be displayed a "pseudo message" from the selected user containing only the trace of the time spent in the chat by selected user:
P.  Choice "Room". Contains a list of chat rooms of chat. At the opening of this window in this list will be selected the item corresponding to the room in which the selected user is located at that moment.
Q.  "Move To Room" button. At press to this button the selected user will be moved to the room selected in the "Room" choice.
R.  List of stars. Contains a list of all the star icons that can be assigned to the user.
S.  "Set Star" button. Assigns the star selected in the list of stars to the user. If there was chosen the first element "No" then from the user will be deleted any star.
If to user is assigned a star, then it is displayed in his row in the users list on the "Users" tab of the tabs area and conference participants list on the conference window described in the section for Users:

For Masters, is true everything that is said about the user settings window in the section for Users, including it that for Masters all their own information such as settings, buddies lists and profile data is stored as cookies.
There is only one difference: so far as for the Masters on "Users" tab of the tabs area there is an additional control element, then in the "Items" group of the "Buttons" tab for Masters there is accordingly an additional line "User settings" that specifies how exactly - in the form of a button and/or in the form of the context menu item will be displaying this control element:
